Gargantua Labs is an independent AI invention laboratory. We invent novel primitives in language models, file patents on them, and license the resulting intellectual property. This site describes our work at a level appropriate for public disclosure.

You may access and use this site for lawful business, research, and evaluation purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, circumvent access controls, conduct unauthorized scraping, or use the site in any manner that violates applicable law.

Automated access beyond standard search-engine indexing requires prior written permission.

All content on this site — including text, design, code, visual elements, and the “Gargantua Labs”, “DeltaWrite”, and “LRM v2” marks — is owned by Gargantua Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Nothing on this site grants any license, express or implied, to any patent, trademark, or other intellectual property of Gargantua Labs. Licenses are granted only by written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the lab.

When you submit information through the contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submissions are used as described in the Privacy Policy.

Submissions are treated as non-confidential unless and until a written non-disclosure agreement is executed between you and Gargantua Labs. Do not submit trade secrets or other confidential information through the contact form.

This site contains statements about ongoing research, planned inventions, future filings, and anticipated technical results. These statements reflect current expectations and are subject to risks, uncertainties, and change. Benchmark numbers reflect specific, pre-registered experimental conditions and are not guarantees of performance in other settings.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Gargantua Labs does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
