When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We do not require account creation and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, device class). Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and does not fingerprint individual visitors.

Submissions from the contact form are used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential investment or licensing relationships, and maintain a record of prior correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or share contact submissions with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Aggregate analytics are used to understand which parts of the site are read and to improve the presentation of our research and positioning.

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate this site. Each has access only to the data necessary for its function.

Delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox. Processes name, email, and message content in transit.

Vercel

Hosts the site and provides cookieless web analytics. Processes standard server logs and aggregate traffic data.

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as is reasonably useful for the relationship, including follow-up communication and compliance obligations. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing the lab.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also object to processing or request that we stop contacting you. Requests are honored promptly; identity verification may be required for substantive requests.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). We honor these rights regardless of your location.

Gargantua Labs is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
